  1. It is one of the best and fantastic app for a common public who are suffering a lot from undesired sms and useless alerts from unknown sources. It is seen very common that even after using DND (DO NOT DISTURB) subscription services, we are getting unwanted sms. India Against Spam APP is wonderful and genuine. Use it. Karke dekhiye, sukoon milta hai.

    I AM FORCED TO CALL UP AND SPEAK TO THOSE UNTRAINED IDIOTIC MONKEYS MANNING THE CALL CENTRE DESKS WHO DONT GIVE A DAMN TO WHAT CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SAY…

    IS THIS A NEW PLOY BY VODAFONE TO SCREW THE HAPPINESS OF THE CLIENTS AND STILL KEEP CHARGING MONEY FROM THEM?

    VODAFONE IS SO SHAMELESS THAT I TOOK THEM TO CONSUMER COURT AND WON A CASE AGAINST THEM… THEY SEEM TO HAVE BECOME ABSOLUTELY SHAMELESS IN BASTARDISING THEIR BUSINESS…. CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HAVE THESE BLOKES SORTED OUT?

I HAVE CALLED 1909 FROM MY VODAFONE NUMBER TO COMPLAIN THESE PESKY CALLS; WHENEVER I CALL THE IVRS SAYS WELCOME TO VODAFONE DND HELPDESK, BUT THE CALLS ARE GOING TO PRE-PAID CUSTOMER CARE DESK AND @JS MARWAH IS RIGHT, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY UNTRAINED, DO NOT KNOW THERE EXIST A THING CALLED NDNC/DND AND THEY JUST DOESN’T EVEN LISTEN I HAVE TO SAY BECAUSE MY NUMBER IS A POST PAID & THEY ARE PRE-PAID DIVISION. I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS ANOMOLY SEVERAL TIMES AND YET THERE IS NO CHANGE. I HAVE NO IDEA TO WHOM I SHALL CONTACT TO REPORT THIS NON-COMPLIANCE OF THE LAWS OF THE LAND.         Same thing happening even now. Correct sms returned me the same wrong SMS. Calling 1909 and following IVR landed me to a prepaid section who are really dumb!!
        Certainly vodafone doesn’t want to stop unsolicited calls. May be because they still sell numbers to marketers!! Am thinking about the next course of action.

    App is good but the system is not working as TRAI planned it to be. The telecom operators are simply rejecting all complaints as saying this is not our network numbers.

    apps are useless. what is required is compensation of Rs 1000/- per sms/call to holder of dnd registered no. by the advertiser

      I agree with @Suraj Prakash the law should be amended to compensate the DND registered users for any violation by the telemarketer as well as the service provider. Only this kind of arrangement can act as a deterrent. But any app facilitating the end users in this regard are useful!!!

    I am a BSNL postpaid mobile customer and my number is 9959432376. I’m residing in vijayawasa, andhra pradesh.
    I have requested for Mobile Number Portability from BSNL to Airtel from 1900 and got unique ID Ba786447 on 2/08/2013 msg from 1901, which is expiring on 16/08/2013. This is the 2rd time I’ve requested for MNP in last 1 month, but till date BSNL is not allowing me to move to Airtel despite of calling their customer care service several times.
    please take some action and compensate me as it is affecting my business and daily routine and I’m incurring losses as i’m not getting good network and 3G service from BSNL at my place.

    when I tried to register a complaint the Service Access. Reliance had rejected the complaint, quoting you are not a registered user.
